Article 2 (Eligibility)

Article 3 (Orders and Contract Formation)
A contract is not deemed to be concluded at the time you complete the purchase procedure.
The license agreement under these Terms is formed when we confirm payment and display the purchase completion screen or send a confirmation email.

Article 4 (Provision of Digital Content and License Grant)
All products are provided as digital content.

We do not transfer ownership of the Content to you; instead, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content within the scope defined in these Terms.

After payment is completed, you may download the Content using the method indicated on the purchase completion page or in the confirmation email.

Downloads may fail due to network conditions or device issues; however, we will provide reasonable support.

Article 5 (Returns and Refunds)
Due to the nature of digital content, returns, cancellations, and refunds are not accepted once delivery has commenced.

However, if the provided data contains technical defects or significant errors, we will provide corrected data or take appropriate measures within a reasonable scope.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the Service and all content on the Website belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders.

In case of uncertainty regarding usage, the Company’s judgment shall prevail.
