You can use our site's account without a password.

1. If you haven't received the verification code email / cannot enter the code

2. If the entered code is not accepted

• The verification code changes every time, so please enter the code from the most recent email.
• Codes have an expiration date. If it has expired, please try sending the code again.

If you are experiencing issues with logging in or member registration, your browser settings may be a factor. Please check the following settings:

1. Cookie and JavaScript Settings

To use this site, you must enable "Cookie" and "JavaScript" in your browser settings. If these settings are "disabled," the site's functions will not operate correctly, and you will not be able to log in or register.

2. Disable Pop-up Blocker Settings

If programs that control pop-up functions, such as "pop-up blockers" (including security software settings), are enabled, login functions and some registration processes may not work correctly. When using the site, please disable or temporarily pause these settings and try again.

Regarding responses if you do not receive a reply

While we strive to reply promptly to inquiries, due to system reasons, we sometimes receive a very large number of sales and spam emails, which can rarely cause us to overlook your message.

Content you have purchased can be downloaded immediately after payment is completed.

Download Steps

1. Proceed to the "Download File Information" screen displayed after payment is complete.
2. Click on the file you wish to download from your purchased works.

Please Note: Downloads are valid for 5 days after purchase. Please complete the procedure within this period.

If you encounter an error during download or have questions about OS-specific operations, please refer to Frequently Asked Questions: Data and Download Issues (please set the link).

Content you have purchased can only be downloaded once. Please save it to your device promptly after completing the procedure in an environment with a good internet connection.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please check the following points first:

2. Set domain-specific reception: Please set your email to receive emails from "@bansui-photo.com".
3. Check the entered address: Please confirm that there are no errors in the email address used for your order.

This site sells digital download products only, and we do not mail paper receipts.

Payment methods are credit card only.

How to check your statement (equivalent to a receipt)

1. You can use the order confirmation email received after purchase, or the order confirmation screen after completing your purchase, as your statement.
2. If necessary, print the screen or save it as a PDF.
3. Additionally, the statement issued by your credit card company can also be used as an official proof of payment.

If the download doesn't complete successfully, please check the following:

1. Check the file's save location

Typically, if you haven't changed the settings, files are saved in the following locations:

• Windows: Default save location "Downloads" folder (e.g., C:\Users\YourUserName\Downloads)
• Mac: Default save location "Downloads" folder (please check by opening Finder)

2. Notes for Windows users

If the pop-up window for specifying the file's save location does not appear during download, the download itself may not have started.

Solution: Please enable pop-ups in your browser settings and try downloading again.

If you still cannot find the file or the download does not start after checking the above, please try clearing your browser's cache and confirming your recommended environment.

If you are experiencing problems during download, the following causes and solutions are primarily considered:

1. Check for common causes

• Operating error: Are you clicking an incorrect button (e.g., a license purchase button) instead of the desired image? Please perform the operation from the download button.
• Save location settings: Especially in a Windows environment, have you overlooked the pop-up screen that specifies where to save the file?

2. Recommended solutions

• Log out of the site once and log in again.
• Try with a different browser, such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, which are recommended environments.
• Clear your browser's cache (history) and try downloading again.

If the issue persists after trying the above, please contact us with details of your environment (OS, browser name).

A property release is a consent form for the use of intellectual property rights, submitted by the owner of "specific assets other than people," such as buildings, products, or corporate logos depicted in a photograph, to permit the commercial use of that photograph.

A property release refers to permission for rights other than portrait rights (rights of individuals).

Important notes when using

This site does not hold trademark rights, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights related to the subjects included in photographs.

Therefore, when using photographs where the following subjects are primarily depicted, you may need to obtain separate permission from the rights holder (owner) in advance:

• Famous buildings (shrines and temples, theme parks, distinctive structures, etc.)
• Products and corporate logos
• Artworks not mass-produced, etc.

Please always confirm the rights status of the subject before use.

When using materials from our site, it is not mandatory to report their use to us, or to include links or copyright notices (credit). You can use them freely without credit.

Materials from this site can be widely used for manga backgrounds, tracing, and as part of cover designs. Paid sales (commercial magazines/doujinshi) are also possible within the following rules:

Scope of Use

• Tracing, additions, transformations: It is fine to process materials and use them as part of a manga (e.g., backgrounds, covers).
• Commercial, doujin, SNS publication: Materials can be used regardless of the medium (free or paid) for works intended for all ages.

Cases Requiring Caution (Additional License Required)

• If the material is judged to be the "main content" of the work, a separate product commercialization license purchase is required.
• If the material constitutes a significant portion of the work, or if it is a background that plays a crucial role in the story.
• If selling or distributing goods such as postcards, regardless of whether the material is a major or minor part of the work.

Prohibited Acts (Must be strictly adhered to)

• Adult-oriented/extreme content: Use in R18 (adult), violent, anti-social, or hate crime media is strictly prohibited.
• Even if there are no age restrictions, works containing extreme sexual depictions or violent expressions cannot use the materials, even in parts that do not contain such content.
• Tracing or selling photos with rights holders for the subject (specific buildings, logos, etc.) is not allowed.
• Selling or redistributing materials with only color correction or cropping, where the original form is largely unchanged, is prohibited.

Downloaded materials can be used for various contests and competition entries, but only under the following usage conditions:

Permitted Examples

• Use as part of illustrations, backgrounds, etc., in designs for flyers, posters, websites, banners.
• Use in competition entries where the copyright of the entire design is transferred is permitted.

Prohibited Examples (NG)

• Submitting entries that require the transfer or relinquishment of material rights (such as copyright) to the competition organizers or recipients.
• Submitting entries for illustration or photography competitions where the material itself, or the material used as the main element, is the entry.
• Submitting entries for logo competitions. (Not allowed even as part of the design.)
• Submitting entries for template (format) recruitment competitions. (Not allowed even as part of the design.)

【Important】 The materials themselves, or designs primarily using the materials, cannot be used in competitions where they form the basis of the judging criteria. If you have any uncertainties, please contact us with the specific details of the competition.

You are free to use them as image illustrations for your own blog or SNS posts, but it is prohibited to sell or publish them as photos you have taken yourself.

Delivery and sharing are only permitted for "processed and edited states."

It is strictly prohibited by our terms of use to deliver our site's material data (unprocessed or in an editable state) as-is to clients, or to share/transfer it to third parties.

NG Examples

• Transfer of the material data itself.
• Delivery in editable formats (PSD, AI, etc.).
• Sharing only the material data internally within a company.

Permitted Delivery Formats

Delivery is permitted if the material is incorporated into a design in such a way that a third party cannot extract and reuse only the material (non-editable state).

OK Examples

• Print data for flyers and brochures (PDF, JPEG, etc.).
• PDF files with images merged and editing locked.

Reason for Prohibition

We ask for your understanding and cooperation to prevent redistribution of materials and to protect the compensation that should rightfully be paid to material contributors. When delivering, please ensure that third parties cannot reuse the materials.

In principle, the photo materials provided on this site are prohibited from being used for company or store logos, team symbols, or other designs that symbolize a unique entity.

Specific Examples of Prohibited Use

• Company or store logos
• Circle, team, or organization symbols
• Application home icons or feature icons
• Part of character designs for VTubers, etc.

Notes on Intellectual Property Rights

Using material as a logo is not permitted, regardless of whether it is trademarked or design registered. Use in competitions for logos or symbols is also prohibited.

You are free to use it as long as it does not violate the prohibited acts in the terms of use.

Examples of inquiries received: TV broadcasts, doujinshi, amusement machines, political activities, design competitions, etc.

The photo materials provided on this site are strictly prohibited from being used in R18 or adult content, or any other sites or productions that violate public order and morals.
